Cross County Community School District

Have you heard about Instructional Rounds? It is when teachers visit other classrooms to learn about educational strategies that teachers use while they teach. Cross County has been implementing this program with our staff for seven years. This year, Cross County is participating in a Cohort with Osceola Public Schools. On Tuesday, ten teachers from Osceola visited of our classrooms while Cross County will visit Osceola on Thursday to visit their classrooms. This is a great opportunity for our staff to continue to learn and grow as educators. We are excited to be a part of this program.
