Cross Country Robotics hosted a soup supper fundraiser this past Friday during the home basketball games. They just want to thank everyone for a great turnout! Cross County Robotics also had a BIG day at Ravenna this past weekend. They had all 4 high school teams and 1 middle school team make it to the elimination rounds. 5155E (Marshall and Sam H.) started off the day getting a personal best in both driver and programming skills. They got an 83 total, placing them 1st at the meet. This also brings them to 3rd in the state. 5155K (Cannen and Kirk) also got a personal best in both driver and programming skills. They got a 33 total, placing them 10th. 5155T (Colton and Matthew) got a 16 total, placing them 21st. 5155K was ranked 1st in the qualification rounds, going 6-0. 5155E was ranked 8th in the qualification rounds, going 4-2. 5155T was ranked 21st, going 2-3-1. 5155A (Jayden, Ransom, and Sam J.) was ranked 26th, going 2-4. 5155N (Bradley) was ranked 31, 1-5. 5155R (Atalissa) was ranked 34, going 1-5. 5155K picked 5155E as the first place alliance. They ended up winning the tournament together. 5155T and 5155A both lost in the first round. 5155N lost in the quarterfinals. 5155K qualified for state this weekend! 5155E got the triple crown: winning the tournament, winning skills, and winning the excellence award. All in all Cross County Robotics took home 4 trophies this weekend. Way to go!
